Invitation Letter招待状

To support international participants with their visa application process, the Japanese Society for Innovation and Collaboration (JSIC) may provide an official Invitation Letter confirming their participation in the relevant conference. The letter is issued in English and may be used as a supporting document during the visa application process.

海外から参加される方のビザ申請をサポートするため、Japanese Society for Innovation and Collaboration（JSIC）では、対象となる国際会議への参加を確認する公式の招待状を発行する場合があります。招待状は英語で発行され、ビザ申請時の補足書類として使用できます。

Please note that an Invitation Letter does not guarantee visa approval. All visa decisions are made independently by the relevant embassy, consulate, or immigration authority.

なお、招待状の発行はビザの承認を保証するものではありません。ビザの審査および最終判断は、各国の大使館、領事館、または入国管理当局によって独立して行われます。

Invitation Letter

How to Obtain the Invitation Letter招待状の取得方法

Participants may request an Invitation Letter by completing the following steps.

参加者は、以下の手順に従って招待状を申請できます。

  1. Complete your conference registration and applicable payment.国際会議への参加登録および必要な支払いを完了してください。

  2. Access and complete the required registration or invitation letter form.指定された登録フォームまたは招待状申請フォームに必要事項を入力してください。

  3. Submit all required personal and conference information accurately.必要な個人情報および国際会議に関する情報を正確に提出してください。

  4. After successful verification, the Invitation Letter will be issued to eligible participants.内容の確認および審査完了後、対象となる参加者に招待状が発行されます。

The Invitation Letter is issued solely as a supporting document for the visa application and does not influence the decision of any embassy, consulate, or immigration authority.

招待状は、ビザ申請を補助するための書類としてのみ発行され、大使館、領事館、入国管理当局の審査結果に影響を与えるものではありません。

Apply Early早めの申請

Visa processing times vary by country, nationality, and embassy. Participants are strongly encouraged to begin their visa application process well in advance of the conference date.

ビザの審査期間は、国、国籍、大使館によって異なります。参加者は、国際会議の開催日に十分余裕を持って、できるだけ早くビザ申請を開始することをおすすめします。

Official Communication公式連絡

All Invitation Letters and official conference communications will be sent only through JSIC’s authorized communication channels.

すべての招待状および国際会議に関する公式連絡は、JSICが認めた公式の連絡手段を通じてのみ送付されます。

If you receive suspicious or unofficial communication claiming to represent JSIC, please contact the official JSIC support team for verification.
