All authors and co-authors are expected to inform their respective Department Head, Supervisor, Institution, or relevant authority about their paper submission to JSIC conferences.

すべての著者および共著者は、JSIC国際会議への論文投稿について、所属する部門責任者、指導教員、所属機関、または関連する責任者に事前に報告してください。

The Japanese Society for Innovation and Collaboration (JSIC) accepts papers for conference presentation only after evaluation by qualified internal or external reviewers.

Japanese Society for Innovation and Collaboration（JSIC）では、資格を有する内部または外部の査読者による評価を経た論文のみを国際会議での発表対象として採択します。

Only properly registered papers are eligible for conference presentation and applicable publication opportunities.

正式な参加登録が完了した論文のみが、国際会議での発表および該当する出版機会の対象となります。

JSIC is not responsible for independently verifying the original authorship of every submitted paper. The individual submitting the manuscript will normally be treated as the corresponding author unless otherwise stated.

JSICは、投稿されたすべての論文について原著者を独自に確認する責任を負いません。特別な申告がない限り、論文を提出した方を責任著者として取り扱います。

If a verified complaint concerning originality, plagiarism, authorship, or other ethical concerns is received, JSIC reserves the right to suspend the manuscript from further processing or publication.

独創性、盗用、著者資格、その他の倫理上の問題について確認済みの申し立てがあった場合、JSICは当該論文の審査または出版手続きを停止する権利を有します。

Any manuscript suspended due to confirmed ethical concerns will not be published or redistributed by JSIC.

倫理上の問題により掲載停止となった論文は、JSICによって出版または再配布されません。

Participants must complete their registration by paying the applicable registration fee through the official conference website or another approved payment method.

参加者は、公式の国際会議ウェブサイトまたは承認された支払い方法を通じて、所定の参加費を支払い、登録手続きを完了する必要があります。

JSIC reserves the right to change the conference date, venue, schedule, or participation format when necessary. Registered participants will be informed through their registered email address or other official communication channels.

JSICは、必要に応じて国際会議の日程、会場、スケジュール、または参加形式を変更する権利を有します。登録済みの参加者には、登録されたメールアドレスまたはその他の公式連絡手段を通じて通知します。

JSIC shall not be responsible for financial losses, including travel, accommodation, visa, or related expenses, resulting from conference rescheduling, venue changes, or changes in participation format.

国際会議の日程変更、会場変更、参加形式の変更によって発生した旅行費、宿泊費、ビザ関連費用、その他の経済的損失について、JSICは責任を負いません。

If a participant voluntarily cancels their registration, the applicable cancellation and refund policy will apply.

参加者の都合により登録をキャンセルする場合は、該当するキャンセル・返金ポリシーが適用されます。

Registration fees are non-refundable once publication-related services or official certificates have been processed, regardless of whether the participant attends the conference.

出版関連サービスまたは公式証明書の処理が開始・完了した後は、実際の出席状況にかかわらず参加費は返金されません。

If the presenting author is unable to attend, a registered co-author may present the paper on behalf of the author, subject to the applicable conference guidelines and prior approval where required.

発表予定の著者が参加できない場合、必要に応じて事前承認を受けたうえで、登録済みの共著者が国際会議のガイドラインに従って代理発表を行うことができます。

Cancellation requests will be considered only if the participant has not received the official Invitation Letter. Once an Invitation Letter has been issued, the registration will not be eligible for a refund.

公式の招待状が発行されていない場合に限り、キャンセル申請が検討されます。招待状発行後は、参加費の返金対象となりません。

A full refund is available only if the refund request is submitted at least 70 days before the conference date and the required cancellation form is received at least 60 days before the event.

全額返金は、返金申請が国際会議開催日の70日前までに提出され、必要なキャンセルフォームが開催日の60日前までに受領された場合に限り適用されます。

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of the conference date. However, eligible participants may receive conference credit valid for one year from the original registration date.

国際会議開催日の30日前以降に行われたキャンセルについては返金されません。ただし、対象となる参加者には、元の登録日から1年間有効な国際会議参加クレジットが付与される場合があります。

For cancellations made between 60 and 30 days before the conference, a partial refund may be provided after deducting applicable administrative charges and the cost of documents or services already processed.

国際会議開催日の60日前から30日前までのキャンセルについては、事務手数料および既に発行・処理された書類やサービスの費用を差し引いたうえで、一部返金が行われる場合があります。

Registrations completed less than 30 days before the conference are not eligible for refunds. Eligible participants may request to transfer their registration to another applicable JSIC conference within one year.

国際会議開催日の30日前以降に完了した登録は返金対象となりません。対象となる参加者は、1年以内に開催される別の対象JSIC国際会議への登録移行を申請できる場合があります。

Participants who are unable to attend due to personal circumstances are not eligible for refunds. Subject to applicable policies, the registration fee may be credited toward a future JSIC conference within one year.

個人的な事情により参加できない場合、返金対象とはなりません。適用されるポリシーに基づき、参加費を1年以内の今後のJSIC国際会議に充当できる場合があります。

For hybrid conferences, JSIC reserves the right to change the participation format between physical and virtual whenever necessary. Such a change in format does not automatically qualify for a refund.

ハイブリッド形式の国際会議では、JSICは必要に応じて現地開催とオンライン開催の形式を変更する権利を有します。このような形式変更のみを理由とした返金は適用されません。

Virtual participation registrations are non-refundable.

オンライン参加として登録された参加費は返金されません。

JSIC does not arrange or assume responsibility for participants' travel, accommodation, visas, insurance, or local transportation unless expressly stated otherwise.

別途明記されている場合を除き、JSICは参加者の渡航、宿泊、ビザ、保険、現地交通の手配または責任を負いません。

Any expenses arising from changes to the conference schedule, venue, or participation format shall remain the responsibility of the participant.

国際会議の日程、会場、参加形式の変更に伴って発生する費用は、参加者自身の負担となります。

Conference registration fees do not include travel, accommodation, visa fees, insurance, local transportation, or other personal expenses.

国際会議の参加費には、渡航費、宿泊費、ビザ申請費、保険料、現地交通費、その他の個人的な費用は含まれていません。

A paid registration may be transferred to another individual from the same institution or organization if the original registrant is unable to attend, subject to JSIC approval and the applicable conference policy.

元の登録者が参加できない場合、JSICの承認および該当する国際会議ポリシーに基づき、同じ機関または組織に所属する別の方へ登録を移行できる場合があります。

Transfer requests must be submitted in writing by the original registrant to the official JSIC support email and must include the original registration details and required information about the new participant.

登録移行の申請は、元の登録者本人がJSIC公式サポートメール宛に書面で提出し、元の登録情報および新しい参加者に関する必要な情報を記載してください。

Unless otherwise requested or restricted by conference policy, applicable registration details and conference benefits will be transferred to the new participant.

別途依頼がある場合、または国際会議ポリシーによる制限がある場合を除き、該当する登録情報および参加特典は新しい参加者へ移行されます。

Registrations may also be transferred to another eligible JSIC conference if the participant is unable to attend the originally registered event, subject to applicable policies and availability.

元々登録したイベントに参加できない場合、適用されるポリシーおよび空き状況に応じて、別の対象JSIC国際会議への登録移行が認められる場合があります。

Transfer requests submitted within 14 days of the conference date will not be accepted. Once a registration has been transferred, it becomes non-refundable.

国際会議開催日の14日前以降に提出された登録移行申請は受け付けられません。一度登録が移行された場合、その参加費は返金対象外となります。

JSIC does not contact embassies, consulates, or immigration authorities on behalf of participants. Obtaining the appropriate visa and making travel arrangements are solely the responsibility of each participant.

JSICは参加者に代わって大使館、領事館、入国管理当局へ連絡することはありません。必要なビザの取得および渡航手配は、参加者自身の責任となります。

If a participant's visa application is refused, delayed, or not processed in time, the registration fee will not be refunded. Visa refusal or delay is not covered under the cancellation and refund policy.

参加者のビザ申請が却下、遅延、または開催日までに処理されなかった場合でも、参加費は返金されません。ビザの却下や遅延は、キャンセル・返金ポリシーの対象外です。

Participants who register close to or after the registration deadline may be considered for virtual participation only. Depending on the registration category and applicable policies, they may also be eligible to transfer their registration to another JSIC conference within one year.

登録締切日直前または締切後に登録した参加者については、オンライン参加のみが案内される場合があります。登録カテゴリーおよび適用されるポリシーに応じて、1年以内に開催される別のJSIC国際会議へ登録を移行できる場合があります。

All requests for registration cancellation, modification, or transfer must be submitted through the official JSIC support email.

登録のキャンセル、変更、移行に関するすべての申請は、JSIC公式サポートメールを通じて提出してください。

By completing the registration process, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and other applicable conference policies.

登録手続きを完了することにより、参加者は本利用規約およびその他の該当する国際会議ポリシーを読み、理解し、同意したものとみなされます。

JSIC does not initiate automatic debit transactions for conference registration. All payments are made voluntarily by participants after reviewing the applicable conference information and policies.

JSICは、国際会議の参加登録に関して自動引き落としを行いません。すべての支払いは、参加者が国際会議の情報および関連ポリシーを確認したうえで、自らの意思により行うものとします。

After completing payment, participants must submit the official conference registration form within three (3) days. Registration will be considered confirmed only after the completed form and payment details have been received and verified.

支払い完了後、参加者は3日以内に公式の国際会議登録フォームを提出する必要があります。必要なフォームおよび支払い情報の受領・確認後に、正式な登録完了となります。

Participants are advised not to book flights, accommodation, or other non-refundable travel arrangements until they receive the official conference programme or final event confirmation. The programme is generally shared approximately 15 days before the conference, subject to event requirements.

参加者には、公式の国際会議プログラムまたは最終開催確認を受け取る前に、航空券、宿泊施設、その他返金不可の渡航手配を行わないことを推奨します。プログラムは、イベントの状況に応じて通常、開催日の約15日前に共有されます。
